1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

1. The wrong item was delivered.
2. The product is damaged upon delivery.

5. Essential parts or accessories are missing.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Caraabiner.

2. Return Request Period

Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

1. Be unused and in its original condition.
2. Be returned with the original packaging.
3. Include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts (if applicable).
4. Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
5. Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your Caraabiner account.
2. Open My Orders.
3. Select the relevant order.
4. Choose the product you wish to return.
5. Select the reason for the return and upload supporting photographs if requested.
6. Submit the return request.

Our Customer Support team may contact you for additional information before approving the request.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved, Caraabiner may provide:

1. A replacement product (subject to availability), or
2. A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the request may be declined and the product may be returned to the customer.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Damaged product
3. Defective product

Caraabiner will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost where available.

If the return is requested for reasons not attributable to Caraabiner, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping charges.

8. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same product or another available product, subject to stock availability and approval.

If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be processed.
